Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to ensure fairness to both our clients and our staff, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations or reschedule requests made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time will not incur any charges.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the total cost of the services booked.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time or no-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the total cost of the services booked.
Please note that this policy allows us to accommodate as many clients as possible and ensures that our staff's time and income is respected and protected. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
LASH EXTENSIONS: There will be a 100% charge for Full Set if no showed, cancelled, or rescheduled in less than 48 hours in advance. There will be a 100% charge for Fills if no showed, cancelled, or rescheduled in less than 24 hours in advance.
MEDI-SPA Cancellation/No Show Policy
NEUROTOXIN, DERMAL FILLER, AQUA GOLD, and PRP: These services must be rescheduled or cancelled 48 hours in advance. Neurotoxin, Aqua Gold, and PRP: There will be a charge of $150 for appointments no showed, cancelled, or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance. Dermal Filler: There will be a charge of $200 for appointments no showed, cancelled, or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance.

Child Policy
At The Gallery Salon and Spa we adore children as many of us have our own! However, unless your child has an appointment with us, we kindly request that children not accompany you during your visit to ensure a serene and focused atmosphere for all of our clients. This policy allows us to dedicate our full attention to providing you and the rest of our clientele with the best service in a tranquil environment. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to pampering you at our Salon and Spa!
Service Policy
Our promise is that each and every client who walks into our salon & spa will walk out feeling their best and in love with their results. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we promise to do everything in our power to change that. If you are not happy with your service in any way, please kindly let us know within 7 days.
Return/Exchange Policy
We want you to love the product you purchase for home use. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the slightly used item within 14 days for a full refund or exchange credit towards your next product.
All tools such as blowdryers, hot tools, etc are non-returnable.
