As our resident Medical Director and Nurse Practitioner, Ashley is responsible for overseeing our medical spa treatments and ensuring safety and positive outcomes for all of our clients. In the event of a complication, Ashley is available to help manage treatment and keep clients safe. Ashley also owns a successful direct primary care practice, Rooted Family Wellness in York, Maine and is passionate about helping her patients improve their health and empowering them to make the lifestyle changes needed for a lifetime of wellness. She likes to incorporate her background as a yoga instructor and her love for nutritional healing into her practice. She is an advocate for local farms and events that keep people healthy and active. |
